International Jet Ski License – Application

Required for Jet Ski Operation in Europe

Once you have completed all the tasks associated with gaining your SLC Jet Ski License (listed on the first page of the Jet Ski course), fill out this form so that your pre-filled license can be issued. The Captain will still need to sign the form once you receive and for it to be valid.
